General steps to configure and prepare Vello

Vello has a set of general steps that you do to initially and prepare and configure it.

1. Prepare to use VelloCopy

6Make a decision about the address that you want to use for the Vello client portal.

If applicable, change the address before you give clients a direct link or QR code for client portal sign-in.

Note: After you change the address, clients cannot sign in to the client portal with a direct link or QR code that they used before the change. Thus, only change the address again when it is necessary (for example, if you change the name of your practice).
