After a practice manager activates medical service reminders, Vello automatically sends reminders for vaccinations and other medical services.

1. Open Vello from ezyVet.
2. In the left sidebar, select Reminders & Follow-Up, then select Service Reminders.
   
   Vello shows a Service Reminders screen.
3. Set Medical Service Reminders to Enable.
   
4. Select Publish Changes.
