Before the Vello client portal can show recommended care scores, a practice manager must activate them.

1. Open Vello from ezyVet.
2. Select Recommended Care.
   
   Vello shows a Recommended Care screen.
3. Select Include a "Care Score" for each pet to encourage pet health compliance.
4. Select Publish Changes.
