At the start date, Vello starts to send automatic message to clients (for example, medical service reminders and appointment reminders).

1. Open Vello from ezyVet.
2. Look for a box that shows Start date for which your automated communications is set.
   The box shows the start date for automatic messages. Vello automatically sets the start date to seven days from today.
3. To change the start date, select Update, then select the applicable date in the calendar.
   Note: The available range to select the start date is between:

   • The next day
   • A maximum of 60 days from the date that you signed up to Vello
4. Select Save.
