Start SMS registration
Before you can use Vello text messaging, you must start SMS registration, then wait until it is completed.
- In the Action Required: Brand Registration box, select Register Now.Vello shows an SMS Safe Sender Registration screen. The screen has a form.Note: If Vello does not show Register Now, SMS registration is completed and it is not necessary to do the remaining steps.
The maximum time for a cellular carrier to complete SMS registration is usually two weeks. While you wait for SMS registration to complete, Vello continues to send SMS messages for appointment reminders and medical service reminders. When SMS registration is completed, Vello removes the Registration Pending message.
