About benefit consumption locking of wellness plan memberships
If necessary, you can lock the benefit consumption of a patient's wellness plan membership. A good example of when to use benefit consumption locking is if a client has unpaid invoices of their wellness plan.
After you lock the benefit consumption, ezyVet:
- Stops the benefit consumption and discounts of the wellness plan membership
- Records the change in the change log of the wellness plan membership
- Continues the invoices of the wellness plan membership
A patient can continue to consume the benefits of their wellness plan membership only after you unlock the benefit consumption.
If the benefit consumption of a wellness plan membership is locked, the membership shows the unlock button:
A locked benefit consumption shows the date that a person locked it in the Status column of the applicable wellness plan membership:
If the benefit consumption of a wellness plan membership is not locked, the membership shows the lock button:
