The change log of a wellness plan membership has information about each change that a staff member made to the membership.

1. Select Patients.
   
2. Select the applicable patient record.
3. Select Wellness.
   
   ezyVet shows the patient's wellness plans memberships in the Wellness Plan Memberships section:
   
   
4. Double-click the applicable wellness plan membership in the area shown in this image:
   
   ezyVet shows a dialog box that has information about the wellness plan of the membership:
   
   
5. Select the change log button of the dialog box.
