Pause a wellness plan membership

After you pause the wellness plan membership of a patient, they cannot use its benefit products. And ezyVet stops the related invoices.

Make sure that your user account has the necessary permissions.

To pause a wellness plan membership, do this procedure. When you do this procedure, ezyVet also uses the value of the Pause Limit setting of the related wellness plan that a practice manager configured. For more information, refer to the documentation about the configuration settings of a new wellness plan.

Select Patients.
Select the applicable patient record.
Select Wellness.
ezyVet shows the patient's wellness plans memberships in the Wellness Plan Memberships section:
Select the pause button of the applicable wellness plan membership.
ezyVet shows the Pause Membership dialog box.
Use the Pause until setting to select the time to pause the plan.
Select Pause.
