Statuses of a wellness plan membership

It is important to know the function of each status that a wellness plan membership can have.

This table gives each status and its function:
StatusFunction
ActiveA client has a wellness plan membership and can use its benefit products. ezyVet makes related invoices for the membership.
ImportedA staff member imported a wellness plan membership. The imported data includes the benefit products used and the invoices that ezyVet made.
Note: When ezyVet makes the first invoice for the imported wellness plan membership, ezyVet sets the membership to Active.
PausedA client has a wellness plan membership. But they cannot use its benefit products and ezyVet stopped the related invoices.
CancelledA client stopped their wellness plan membership before the end of the wellness plan term. ezyVet will not automatically renew the membership.
Note: It is possible that ezyVet keeps the membership's Active status until the end of the membership term. The cancellation method that a staff member selects controls if this occurs.
CompletedThe wellness plan term is at the end. (A client usually has a new wellness plan membership with the Active status.)
UpcomingA client is enrolled in a wellness plan. But the wellness plan membership does not have the Active status and ezyVet does not make related invoices.
LockedA client has a wellness plan membership with the Active status. But the client cannot use the benefit products of the membership. (This usually occurs when a client has unpaid invoices for a wellness plan.)
