Lock the benefit consumption of a wellness plan membership
To stop the benefit consumption and discounts of a wellness plan membership, lock the benefit consumption.
Make sure that your user account has the necessary permissions.
- Select Patients.
- Select Wellness.ezyVet shows the patient's wellness plans memberships in the Wellness Plan Memberships section:
- Select the lock button of the applicable wellness plan membership.ezyVet shows the Lock Benefit Consumption dialog box:
- Select Yes.ezyVet:
- Changes the lock button to the unlock button
- Removes the related benefit information from the Wellness Plan Benefits section of the patient record
