To stop the benefit consumption and discounts of a wellness plan membership, lock the benefit consumption.

1. Select Patients.
   
2. Select the applicable patient record.
3. Select Wellness.
   
   ezyVet shows the patient's wellness plans memberships in the Wellness Plan Memberships section:
   
   
4. Select the lock button of the applicable wellness plan membership.
   
   ezyVet shows the Lock Benefit Consumption dialog box:
   
   
5. Select Yes.
   
   ezyVet:

   • Changes the lock button to the unlock button
   • Removes the related benefit information from the Wellness Plan Benefits section of the patient record
