Lock the benefit consumption of many wellness plan memberships
To stop the benefit consumption and discounts of a wellness plan membership, lock the benefit consumption. To lock the benefit consumption of many wellness plans at the same time, use the Records dashboard tab.
Make sure that your user account has the necessary permissions.
- Select Dashboard.
- Select Records.ezyVet shows the Records screen.
- Set Record Type to Wellness Plan Membership.
- If necessary, set applicable filters that ezyVet uses to show the records.
- Select Show Records.ezyVet shows the applicable records.
- In the Action list, select Lock Benefit Consumption.
- Select Action.ezyVet shows the Lock Benefit Consumption dialog box:
