ezyVet has a setting that controls when ezyVet automatically adds products of billing triggers to invoices. The setting value gives the maximum time range that ezyVet can use to automatically add the products to invoices. The maximum time range is applicable to the start time of the feature or function task that has the billing trigger (for example, the start time of an appointment).

To configure the time range, do this procedure.

1. Select Admin.
   
2. In the settings list, select Financial.
   
3. Select Financial Settings.
   
4. Select Receivables.
   
5. In the Hours Head That An Item Is Billed box, enter the applicable time.
   
6. Select Save.
   
   ezyVet shows a confirmation message:
   
   

ezyVet uses the time range to calculate when to add billing trigger products to invoices.
