Set the email template that ezyVet uses for invoices

A practice manager can set the email template that ezyVet automatically uses for invoices that staff use email to send.

To set the email template, do this procedure.
Note: Staff can set an email template for invoices in their user account settings. The email template that staff set in their user account settings overrides the email template that a practice manager sets with this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Templates.

  3. Select Template Settings.

  4. Select Financial Settings.

  5. In the Invoice box of the Other Templates (Email) section, select the applicable email template.

  6. Select Save.
    The Save button
    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

ezyVet automatically uses the email template when staff use email to send an invoice.
