Use single sign-on (SSO) to sign in to an ezyVet site

If an ezyVet site uses single sign-on, use your domain account to sign in to the site.

  • Make sure that the ezyVet site has an SSO configuration
  • Make sure that you know the username and password of your domain account
To sign in, do this procedure.
  1. Go to the ezyVet site address.
  2. Select ezyVet Login (SSO).
Your browser goes to login.ezyvet.com and shows a sign-in screen:

Trouble: If the ezyVet sign-in screen does not show ezyVet Login (SSO), speak to your practice manager to make sure that the SSO configuration is correct.
  3. In the Email Adddress box, enter your domain account username.
  4. Select Continue.
  5. Complete the remaining sign-in steps.
Note: The remaining sign-in steps are applicable to the system that your organization uses for domain accounts. For example, if your organization uses multi-factor authentication (MFA), it is possible that you must enter an authentication code during a step. For more information, speak to your practice manager or to your IT team.
At the end of the sign-in steps, ezyVet signs you in with your domain account.
