Make changes to a kiosk question tree

The ezyVet kiosk system includes a question tree. The ezyVet Kiosk app shows the question tree to clients. If necessary, a practice manager can make changes to the question tree.

Make sure that you know about the function of question trees.
Note: If necessary, refer to the documentation about question trees for the e-booking system. Question trees for the e-booking system have the same general function as kiosk question trees.
To make changes, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Integration.

  3. Select eBooking Settings.

    The left sidebar shows the configured kiosk systems of your site.
  4. Find and select the applicable kiosk configuration.
    ezyVet shows the kiosk settings.
  5. Select Questions.
    The Questions tab
  6. Make changes to the question tree as necessary.
  7. Select Save.
    The Save button
    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

The kiosk question tree has the changes.
