ezyVet kiosk system: Change colors, images, and text

A practice manager can add an organization logo and background images to the kiosk system. And they can change the kiosk colors and change the text that shows at the top of kiosk screens.

If you want to add an organization logo or background image, prepare the necessary image files.
Note: To get the best results for the organization logo, use PNG format and a resolution of 260 × 100 pixels. The maximum resolution that you can use is 320 × 160 pixels. The maximum file size is 5 MB.

For the background image, use a resolution of 1920 × 1280 pixels. The maximum file size is 5 MB.

To make changes, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin tab
  2. In the settings list, select Integration.

  3. Select eBooking Settings.

    The left sidebar shows the configured kiosk systems of your site.
  4. Find and select the applicable kiosk configuration.
    ezyVet shows the kiosk settings.
  5. Select Customisation.

  6. Use the Login Header Text, Header Text - Left, and Header Text - Right boxes to change the text shown at the top of kiosk screens.
  7. Use the Phone number box to change the phone number shown in kiosk screens.
    Note: The Phone number box automatically shows the phone number of your organization. The phone number that you enter in the box overrides the initial phone number.
  8. Set Colour Scheme to the general color that the kiosk uses for its screens.
  9. In the Logo section, select Choose File to add an organization logo.
  10. In the Background Image section, select Choose File to add a background image.
  11. Select Save.
    The Save button
    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

The kiosk has the changes. If necessary, do a check of the configuration to make sure that the changes are good.
