About new question trees

To change the question tree of an e-booking configuration or kiosk system configuration to a different question tree, you must remove the question tree. Then, add a new question tree with the information that you want.

To correctly remove the question tree, remove each answer that is directly below the initial question. After you remove an applicable answer, ezyVet also removes all other questions, results, and answers that the answer has.

Full question tree shows an example of a question tree. The initial question shows Is this an emergency? The initial question has two answers that are directly below it. The two answers show No and Yes. And each of the two answers has other questions, results, and answers. To remove the question tree, it is only necessary to remove the answers that show No and Yes.

Question tree after removal shows the result of removal of the two answers. Only the initial question remains.

The result of removal of the two answers
When the initial question is the only remaining information of the question tree, you can start to make a full question tree. For example, you can:
  • Change the information of the initial question
  • Add more questions, answers, and results
Note: You cannot remove the initial question. If you remove the initial question, ezyVet puts it back after you select Save.
