ezyVet kiosk system: Questions trees and appointment types
A question tree is necessary for correct operation of the kiosk system. The question tree helps you to get the correct information from a client during check-in with the ezyVet Kiosk app. The question tree must use appointment types that agree with the appointment types that staff select when they make kiosk appointment times available for clients.
A result component is one component of a question tree. A result is always the result of a question. The result tells ezyVet which appointment type to use for an appointment.
