Show controlled drugs that staff dispensed
To quickly and easily show controlled drugs that staff dispensed, use the Controlled Drug report.
- Make sure that you have the Controlled Drug report permission
- Make sure that a practice manager configured your organization's pharmacy information
- Make sure that a practice manager configured the necessary products for controlled drug reporting
- Make sure that a practice manager configured the DEA registration numbers of staff user accountsNote: It is only necessary to configure DEA registration numbers of staff user accounts if your organization dispenses controlled drugs in the United States.
- Select Reporting.
- In the settings list, select Inventory.
- Select Controlled Drug.ezyVet shows the settings of the Controlled Drug report.
- If necessary, use the For Department/s box to select the applicable department.
- To select the report date range, use the the From box and the To box.
- If necessary, use the Days Supply more than or equal to box to enter the applicable number of days.If you want the report to only show the controlled drugs that you dispensed for a patient owner to take home for more than 2 days, enter 2.
- If necessary, use the Products With Tag box to select an applicable product tag.
- Use the setting that shows in the Version section to select the applicable version of the report.Note: If you select an American Society for Automation in Pharmacy (ASAP) version for the report, ezyVet automatically selects DAT file format for the report output:
- Select Print.ezyVet downloads the report to your device.
