ezyVet shows a select the supplier for this diagnostic request error

Do this procedure if ezyVet shows Please select the supplier for this diagnostic request when you try to approve an invoice.

A billing trigger product of a diagnostics supplier does not have the necessary supplier contact recordCopy

The error can show when these conditions agree:
  1. You add a billing trigger product of a diagnostics supplier directly to an invoice line item
  2. The configuration of the billing trigger product does not have the necessary supplier contact record set

Do the necessary configuration Copy

A practice manager or a person with the necessary administrator permissions must do these steps.

  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin tab
  2. Select Products.
    The Products setting
    The left sidebar shows the configured products of your site.
  3. Find and select the applicable billing trigger product.
    ezyVet shows the product settings.
  4. In the Properties section, double-click the Diagnostic box.

  5. Use the Supplier box to select the applicable supplier contact record.

  6. Select Update.
