A barcode scanner incorrectly makes an invoice line item

Condition

After you scan a barcode into an invoice, ezyVet automatically makes a line item. The new line item is unwanted.

The barcode scanner software has prefix or suffix characters in its configuration

Open the barcode scanner software and remove configured prefix or suffix characters.
Note: The prefix or suffix could be a space character.
Note: If necessary, refer to the barcode scanner documentation or speak to your IT staff.
