You cannot select product checkboxes when you print labels from the invoice screen

After you select the Print Labels button in the invoice screen, ezyVet shows a Select Products To Print Labels For dialog box. Each product shown in the dialog box has a checkbox. If you select a checkbox, ezyVet will print a label for the product.

Do this troubleshooting if the checkboxes in the Select Products To Print Labels For dialog box are not available:

ezyVet does not have the necessary label template set in its system settings

A practice manager or a person with the necessary administrator permissions must do these steps.

  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin tab
  2. In the settings list, select Templates.
    The Templates setting in the settings list
  3. Select Label Settings.

  4. In the Product Instructions Label box, select the applicable label template.

  5. Select Save.
    The Save button
