Do this troubleshooting if Vet Radar shows an infusionRateTotal: This is a required field error:
A practice manager did not configure the concentration in ezyVet
Use the Override concentration setting
- In the Concentration section, select Override concentration.
- In the Concentration box, enter the value of the concentration.
- If the treatment is diluted, you must enter a value in the Diluted concentration box.
Configure the concentration in ezyVet
A practice manager or a person with the necessary permissions.
Do the procedure given in Configure the concentration of a product.
