Change the fluid rate of a continuous rate of infusion (CRI) task

You can change the fluid rate of a continuous rate of infusion (CRI) task. If you change the fluid rate, the patient sheet shows the time that you completed the change.

To change the fluid rate of a CRI task, do this procedure.
  1. Go to the patient whiteboard.
  2. Select the applicable patient card.
    Vet Radar shows the patient sheets.
  3. Use the arrows of the patient sheet control to select the applicable patient sheet.

  4. Find and select the applicable treatment.

  5. Select Edit.

  6. In the Infusion rate box, enter the applicable infusion rate.

    Note: When you change the infusion rate of a CRI treatment, Vet Radar uses the CRI calculator to automatically change the dose rate and dosage rate of the medication.
  7. Select Save Changes.
