Make a call parameter template

Staff can use a call parameter template to select the minimum and maximum values of many different types of clinical information of a patient sheet. Before staff can use a call parameter template, a practice manager must configure one.

To make a call parameter template, do this procedure.
Note: You cannot use the Vet Radar mobile app to do this procedure. You must use the web app.
  1. Select Settings.

  2. Select Call Parameter Templates.

  3. Select + Create Call Parameter Template.

  4. In the Name* box, enter a name for the template.

  5. Select + Product.

  6. Select the Product* box.

  7. Find and select the applicable product (for example, Heart Rate).

    Vet Radar puts the product in the template.
  8. In the Acronym (4 character limit)* box, enter an abbreviation for the product.

  9. In the Reference Range boxes, enter the minimum and maximum values.

    Note: If you want to add more products to your template, do step 5 thru 9.
  10. Select Create call parameter template.

Vet Radar makes the template. Staff can use the template with a patient sheet.
