Remove a call parameter template
A practice manager can remove a call parameter template if it is not necessary. After a practice manager removes a call parameter template, staff cannot add it to patient records.
Note: You cannot use the Vet Radar mobile app to do this procedure. You must use
the web app.
- Select Settings.Vet Radar shows the Settings screen.
- Select Call Parameter Templates.Vet Radar shows the Call Parameter Templates screen.
- Select the horizontal ellipsis ( ⋯ ) button.
- Select Delete.Vet Radar shows a warning pop-up window.
- Select OK.Vet Radar shows a confirmation message.
