Add a call parameter to a call parameter template

A practice manager can add a call parameter to a call parameter template. When staff select the call parameter template, Vet Radar adds the call parameter to the patient's clinical record.

To add a call parameter, do this procedure.
Note: You cannot use the Vet Radar mobile app to do this procedure. You must use the web app.
  1. Select Settings.

  2. Select Call Parameter Templates.

  3. Select the applicable call parameter template.

  4. Select + Product.

  5. Select the Product* box.

  6. Find and select the applicable product (for example, Heart Rate).

  7. In the Acronym (4 character limit)* box, enter an abbreviation for the product.

  8. In the Reference Range boxes, enter the minimum and maximum values.

  9. Select Save Changes.

The call parameter template has the call parameter.
