Enable a call parameter template
A practice manager can enable a call parameter template. After a practice manager enables a call parameter template, staff can use it.
Note: You cannot use the Vet Radar mobile app to do this procedure. You must use
the web app.
- Select Settings.Vet Radar shows the Settings screen.
- Select Call Parameter Templates.Vet Radar shows the Call Parameter Templates screen.
- Select the applicable call parameter template.Vet Radar shows the settings of the call parameter template.
- Enable the Active setting.
- Select Save Changes.
