Remove a call parameter from a call parameter template

If a call parameter is not necessary, a practice manager can remove it from a call parameter template. For example, if a practice manager added a call parameter to a call parameter template accidentally, they can remove it.

To remove a call parameter from a call parameter template, do this procedure.

Note: You cannot use the Vet Radar mobile app to do this procedure. You must use the web app.

Select Settings.
Vet Radar shows the Settings screen.
Select Call Parameter Templates.
Vet Radar shows the Call Parameter Templates screen.
Select the applicable call parameter template.
Vet Radar shows the settings of the call parameter template.
Find the applicable call parameter.
Select Remove.
Vet Radar removes the call parameter from the call parameter template.
Select Save Changes.
