Remove a call parameter from a call parameter template
If a call parameter is not necessary, a practice manager can remove it from a call parameter template. For example, if a practice manager added a call parameter to a call parameter template accidentally, they can remove it.
Note: You cannot use the Vet Radar mobile app to do this procedure. You must use
the web app.
- Select Settings.Vet Radar shows the Settings screen.
- Select Call Parameter Templates.Vet Radar shows the Call Parameter Templates screen.
- Select the applicable call parameter template.Vet Radar shows the settings of the call parameter template.
- Select Remove.Vet Radar removes the call parameter from the call parameter template.
- Select Save Changes.
