ezyVet and Vello: Email and text messages
Vello's features for text messages and email do not replace the ezyVet functions for text messages and email.
As a result, it is possible to use Vello to send text messages and email, and to use ezyVet to also send text messages and email. If you use Vello and ezyVet for the same messaging tasks, clients could incorrectly receive the same message more than one time. Thus, it is important to know which system to use for a given messaging task.
