How ezyVet shows a line item that has a problem
If an invoice line item has a problem, the line item shows a red color. The color can help you to find the problem.
Note: If an invoice line item has a problem, you cannot approve the invoice.
For troubleshooting, you could:
- Show all line items of the invoice and examine the information
- Do a check for an error message when you try to approve the invoice
- Do a check of the source record of the line item if a billing trigger automatically made the line item
