Make an invoice (direct method)

ezyVet's billing triggers feature usually makes applicable invoices automatically. The invoices that ezyVet automatically makes usually have information from the source appointment and source clinical record. But if necessary, you can use ezyVet's invoicing screen to manually make an invoice.

Do this procedure to manually make an invoice.
Note: ezyVet has many possible settings and features to manage the information of an invoice. This procedure gives only minimum necessary information to make an invoice. For example, a new invoice could have a related patient but it is not necessary to select one.
  1. Select Financial.

    ezyVet shows the New Invoice screen.
  2. In the Client box, select the applicable client.

  3. In the Product box of the line item, select the applicable product.
  4. If necessary, change other applicable values of the line item (for example, the quantity and tax rate).
  5. Adjacent to Add new invoice line, select the plus button.

  6. Do step 3 thru 5 for the remaining products that you want to add.
  7. Select Save.

ezyVet has an invoice that is prepared for approval.
