Configure a new wellness plan

A practice manager can configure a new wellness plan. After they configure the wellness plan, they can add benefits to it and enroll patients.

  • Make sure that you know the function of the configuration settings of a new wellness plan
  • Make sure that your site has an enabled Wellness module
    Note: Only ezyVet customer support can enable the Wellness module. If necessary, speak to ezyVet customer support.
To configure a wellness plan, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Products.

  3. Select Wellness Plans.

    ezyVet shows the New Wellness Plan screen.
    Trouble: If you cannot see the Wellness Plans button, you do not have the correct permissions. If necessary, speak to your practice manager.
  4. Make the applicable settings.
    Remember: For information about each setting, refer to Configuration settings of a new wellness plan.
  5. Select Save.
    The Save button
    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

ezyVet has a new wellness plan. If necessary, you can add a wellness benefit to the plan.
