Replace one wellness plan with a different wellness plan
You cannot change a wellness plan that has wellness plan memberships. To change plan settings or benefits, configure a different wellness plan. Replace the initial wellness plan with the different wellness plan.
Make sure that your ezyVet site has the applicable configured wellness plans.
Note: After you do this procedure:
- You cannot enroll patients in the initial wellness plan
- Patients who have an initial wellness plan membership continue to use wellness plan benefits for the period of the initial wellness plan. A practice manager configures that period in the Term Length setting when they configure the initial wellness plan
- When the initial wellness plan ends, ezyVet automatically replaces it with the different wellness plan
- Select Admin.
- In the settings list, select Products.
- Select Wellness Plans.ezyVet shows the configured wellness plans of your site.Trouble: If you cannot see the Wellness Plans button, you do not have the correct permissions. If necessary, speak to your practice manager.
- In the Signup section, make sure that Discontinued is set to ON.
- In the Default Replacement Plan box, select the different wellness plan.
