Stop a wellness plan

If a practice manager makes a decision that a configured wellness plan is not necessary, they can stop it.

To stop a wellness plan, do this procedure.
Note: After you do this procedure, patients who are enrolled in the plan continue to receive the benefits of the plan for its remaining time. The time of the wellness plan is the value that a practice manager entered in Term Length box of the wellness plan configuration.
  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin tab
  2. In the settings list, select Products.
    The Products setting in the settings list
  3. Select Wellness Plans.
    The Wellness Plans setting
    ezyVet shows the configured wellness plans of your site.
    Trouble: If you cannot see the Wellness Plans button, you do not have the correct permissions. If necessary, speak to your practice manager.
  4. Select the applicable wellness plan.
    ezyVet shows the settings of the wellness plan.
  5. In the Signup section, set Discontinued to ON.

  6. Select Save.

    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

  • ezyVet stops the wellness plan
  • ezyVet shows a red cross adjacent to the name of the plan
