A practice manager can replace a configure wellness plan with a different wellness plan. When the initial wellness plan ends, ezyVet automatically replaces it with the different wellness plan.

1. Select Admin.
   
2. In the settings list, select Products.
   
3. Select Wellness Plans.
   
   ezyVet shows the configured wellness plans of your site.
   Trouble: If you cannot see the Wellness Plans button, you do not have the correct permissions. If necessary, speak to your practice manager.
4. Select the initial wellness plan that is necessary to replace.
   ezyVet shows the configuration interface of the wellness plan.
5. In the Signup section, make sure that Discontinued is set to ON.
   
6. In the Default Replacement Plan box, select the different wellness plan.
   
7. Select Save.
