Stop a wellness plan
When a configured wellness plan is not necessary, a practice manager can stop the wellness plan. For example, the veterinary practice will close or will merge with another veterinary practice.
Note: After you do this procedure:
- You cannot enroll patients in the wellness plan
- Patients who are enrolled in the plan continue to receive the benefits of the plan for its remaining time. The time of the wellness plan is the value that a practice manager entered in Term Length box of the wellness plan configuration.
- Select Admin.
- In the settings list, select Products.
- Select Wellness Plans.ezyVet shows the configured wellness plans of your site.Trouble: If you cannot see the Wellness Plans button, you do not have the correct permissions. If necessary, speak to your practice manager.
- In the Signup section, set Discontinued to ON.
- Select Save.ezyVet shows a confirmation message:
- ezyVet stops the wellness plan
- ezyVet shows a red cross adjacent to the name of the plan
