Vet Radar's change log

Vet Radar has a change log. The change log shows each change that staff members make to one patient sheet. For example, the change log can show the time that a staff member completed a scheduled treatment task.

Vet Radar's change log is a dedicated CSV file that you must download to your device. After you download the CSV file, use the applicable software of your device to open the file and read the change log information.
Note: To open the CSV file, you can use Microsoft Excel or other alternative software.

You can only download the change log of one patient sheet of one patient at one time. For example, if a patient has three patient sheets, you can only download the change log of one of the patient sheets. To get the change log of a different patient sheet, you must download the change log again.

Each change log shows:
  • The patient name
  • The code of the ezyVet patient record
  • The clinical record number of the patient sheet
  • The name of the patient sheet

The table that follows has the information that each column of the change log shows:

Column nameFunction
DateThe Date column shows the date that the user account of a staff member that made a change to the patient sheet.
TimeThe Time column shows the time that the user account of a staff member that made a change to the patient sheet.
User AccountThe User Account column shows the name of the user account that made a change to the patient sheet.
Veterinary RoleThe Veterinary Role column shows the veterinary role of the user account.
LocationThe Location column shows the feature or function of the patient sheet that the user account of a staff member changed. Each cell of the Location column could show:
  • Task
  • Treatment
  • Sheet
TaskIf the user account of a staff member changed a treatment task the cell of the Location column shows Task.
Treatment If the user account of a staff member changed a treatment the cell of the Location column shows Treatment.
SheetIf the user account of a staff member changed the settings of the patient sheet the cell of the Location column shows Sheet.
Change TypeThe Change Type column shows the type of change that the user account of a staff member made. Each cell of the Change Type column could show:
  • Create
  • Update
  • Delete
CreateThe cell of the Change Type column shows Create if the user account of a staff member:
  • Made a treatment
  • Made a treatment task
  • Made a patient sheet
UpdateThe cell of the Change Type column shows Update if the user account of a staff member:
  • Changed a treatment
  • Changed a treatment task
DeleteThe cell of the Change Type column shows Delete if the user account of a staff member:
  • Removed a treatment
  • Removed a treatment task
Sheet GroupThe Sheet Group column shows:
  • The sheet group of the applicable treatment
  • The sheet group of the applicable treatment task
ProductThe Product column shows the name of the product that the user account of a staff member changed.
ScheduleThe Schedule column shows general information about the related schedule of the treatment tasks. For example, the Schedule column shows:
  • The quantity of treatment tasks
  • The scheduled start date and time of the treatment task
  • The period of the treatment task
Each cell of the Schedule column always shows the date and time that the user account of a staff member scheduled the treatment task to start.
Each cell of the Schedule column always shows the period of the treatment that the user account of a staff member scheduled.
Note: If the user account of a staff member scheduled a treatment task:
  • The cell of the Schedule column shows Treatment window
  • The cell of the Schedule column shows the period that a staff member used the Treatment window (each) box of the treatment pane to schedule the treatment (for example 5 minutes)
If the user account of a staff member scheduled a treatment task for a fluid treatment:
  • The cell of the Schedule column shows Duration
  • The cell of the Schedule column shows the period that a staff member selected in the Duration section of the related treatment pane (for example Continuous)
Each cell of the Schedule column could show:
  • No task
  • Single task
  • Repeat task
No taskThe cell of the Schedule column shows No task if the user account of a staff member did not schedule a treatment task.
Single taskThe cell of the Schedule column shows Single task if the user account of a staff member scheduled one treatment task.
Repeat taskThe cell of the Schedule column shows Repeat task if the user account of a staff member scheduled the treatment task to occur again and again.
If the user account of a staff member scheduled the treatment task to occur again and again, the cell of the Schedule column shows:
  • The interval that the treatment tasks occur
  • The date and time that the staff member scheduled the treatment tasks to stop
Changed fromThe Changed From column shows the initial information before the user account of a staff member made the change.
Changed toThe Changed To column shows the information that the user account of a staff member changed.
NotesIf the Location column shows Treatment, the Notes column shows the related instructions of the treatment.

If the Location column shows Task, the Notes column shows the related notes of the treatment task.
