A regulatory code of a controlled drug agency is important for controlled drug reporting. A practice manager can set a regulatory code for a staff member.

1. Select Admin.
   
2. In the settings list, select Users/Resources.
   
3. Select Users.
   
4. Select the user account of the applicable staff member.
   ezyVet shows the settings of the staff member's user account.
5. Adjacent to Regulatory Codes, select the plus button.
   
   ezyVet shows the New Regulatory Code dialog box.
6. In the Code box, enter the applicable regulatory code.
   
7. In the Type box, select the regulatory code type.
   
8. Select Add.
   
9. Select Save.
