Make a template for a diagnostic imaging report

After a practice manager makes an applicable template, staff can select it when they write a diagnostic imaging report in a clinical record.

To make the template, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Settings.

  3. In the settings list, select Templates.

  4. Select Document Templates.

    ezyVet shows the configured document templates of your site.
  5. In the Name box, enter a name for the template.
  6. If you want to use template variables of the Twig template system with the template, select Use New Templating Engine.
    Note: If you want to use template variables of the classic template system, do not select Use New Templating Engine.
    Note: You cannot use template variables of the Twig template system and the classic template system in the same template.
  7. Select For Imaging Report Content.

  8. In the Template Group box, select a group that identifies the type of the template.
  9. In the HTML box of the template editor, enter the template content that you want.

    Note: Make sure that you also enter the {ImagingReportContent} template variable. The template variable is necessary to show report content when you print documents.
  10. Make other settings as necessary.
  11. Select Save.
