The configuration settings of a document template include a For Imaging Report Content setting. If a practice manager selects For Imaging Report Content, ezyVet makes the template available for diagnostic imaging reports that staff write. Examples of imaging reports include reports for CT scans, ultrasound, and MRI.

To select the template for an diagnostic imaging report, a staff member:
Selects the Imaging tab of an applicable clinical record
Selects the plus button that is adjacent to Diagnostic Imaging Report
Uses the Template box to select the applicable document template

Note: If clinical records do not show the Imaging tab, speak to ezyVet customer support. They will enable the module that is necessary for the tab to show and operate.
