You can use a background template as a method to print a one-page PDF document (for example, a staff handout).

1. Use an image editing app to change the single-page PDF document to an image file.
   Note: You must change the PDF document to an image file. You cannot use PDF directly.

   Note: Many apps and services can change a PDF document to an image file. If necessary, speak to your IT staff.
2. Add the image file to a background template with a PDF Background Transparency value of 1.0.
   
3. Make a document template that uses the background template but do not put content in the document template.
   
4. Save the document template and use it to print the content when necessary.
