Make an anchor link

An anchor link is a link that identifies a location in a document. When a person selects a link that uses an anchor link, the page goes to the location of the anchor link.

To make an anchor link in a document or template, do this procedure.
Note: This procedure uses the table of contents in a standard operating procedure as an example.
  1. Select the anchor link button.

    ezyVet shows the Anchor Properties dialog box.
  2. Select OK.

    ezyVet puts a flag icon at the location of the anchor link:

  3. Select the link button.

    ezyVet shows the Link dialog box.
  4. In the Link Type box, select Link to anchor in the text.

  5. In the By Anchor Name box, select the name that you entered in step 3.

  6. Select OK.
