Dispense Cabinets dashboard tab: Dispense Cabinet Events section

The Dispense Cabinets dashboard tab shows the Dispense Cabinets Events section. The Dispense Cabinet Events section shows entries of data that you synced between ezyVet and the CUBEX system. The section has columns that show important information.

Each entry of the Dispense Cabinet Events section can show a record of:
  • Data that you synced from ezyVet to the CUBEX system
  • Data that you synced from the CUBEX system to ezyVet

For example, if you sync a scheduled dispense to the CUBEX system, the Dispense Cabinet Events section shows an entry for the scheduled dispense.

The Dispense Cabinet Events section has a set of columns. Each column shows the data that ezyVet recorded for each entry. The table that follows gives the name of each column and its function:

Date/TimeThe Date/Time column shows:
  • The date that you synced the data
  • The time that you synced the data
DepartmentThe Department column shows the department that is related to the record of the entry.
AnimalThe Animal column shows the patient that is related to the record of the entry.
ConsultThe Consult column shows the clinical record that is related to the record of the entry.
Case OwnerThe Case Owner column shows the case owner of the clinical record that is related to the record of the entry.
Sales ResourceThe Sales Resource column shows the name of the staff member that is related to the record of the entry.
PrescriberThe Prescriber column shows the user account of the staff member that prescribed the applicable product.
DispenserThe Dispenser column shows the user account of the staff member who dispensed the applicable product.
Dispense DepartmentThe Dispense Department column shows the department that the staff member was signed in to when they dispensed the product.
Product codeThe Product code column shows the product code of the product of the entry.
QtyThe Qty column can show:
  • The quantity of the product that you scheduled to dispense
  • The quantity of the product that you dispensed
Product DescriptionThe Product Description column shows the name of the product.
Event TypeThe Event Type column shows the type of data sync of the entry. The column can show:
  • Unsync Consult
  • Sync Consult
  • Sync Profile
  • Unsync Profile
  • Billing Transfer
Transaction TypeThe Transaction Type column shows the record type that is related to in the entry. For example, if you synced a clinical record, the Transaction Type column shows Consult.
DirectionThe Direction column shows if the data sync started in ezyVet or started in the CUBEX system. If a CUBEX cabinet synced the data to ezyVet, the Direction column shows Incoming. If ezyVet synced the data to the cabinet, the Direction column shows Outgoing.
StatusThe Status column shows the status of the entry. The column can show:
  • Pending
  • Processing
  • Unallocated
  • Failed
  • Ignored
  • Complete
NotesThe Notes column shows information that is related to the entry. And if there is an error with the data sync, the Notes column shows the related error message.
RecordThe Record column can show different buttons. The different buttons are:
  • Related record buttons
  • The Process button
  • The Ignore button

Select the related record button to show the related record of the entry. For example, if the Transaction Type column shows Consult and you select the related record button, ezyVet shows the clinical record that is related to the entry.

Select the Process button to try to sync the data that started in the CUBEX system to the related ezyVet records again. For example, if ezyVet could not make changes to the related records, the Notes column shows an error message. After you make the necessary changes, select the Process button to try to sync the changes again.

Select the Ignore button to ignore the entry. After you select the Ignore button, the entry has the Ignored status. For example, if ezyVet could not sync the data to a cabinet and it is not necessary to sync the data again, select the Ignore button.
Note: The Record column only shows the Ignore button if the entry has the Failed status.
Tip: To show or hide columns of the Dispense Cabinet Events section, select the pencil button that is adjacent to the Notes column:
