Configure inventory tracking for many products

Before you can use inventory tracking for a product, a practice manager must make the necessary product setting. The practice manager can use the Records dashboard tab to make the setting for many products at the same time.

To configure the products, do this procedure.
  1. Select Dashboard.

  2. Select Records.

  3. Set Record Type to Product.

  4. Select Show Records.

  5. Select the applicable product records.
  6. In the Perform Action section, select All or Selected.

    Note: To change all records of the search results, select All. To change only the records that you selected, select Selected.
  7. In the Action list, select Set Tracking Level.

  8. Select Action.

  9. Set Inventory Track to the applicable inventory track setting.

  10. Select SET TRACKING LEVEL ON PRODUCTS.
