Product record configuration for ezyVet Scan

ezyVet Scan syncs your organization's products from ezyVet and shows them in ezyVet Scan. A practice manager must use ezyVet to configure applicable products.

After a practice manager configures the products to operate with ezyVet Scan, you can add products to inventory transfers and inventory counts.

If a product record is not configured to operate with ezyVet Scan, ezyVet Scan shows Not Tracked adjacent to the product record:

A product record in ezyVet has an Inventory Track setting. To use the product with ezyVet Scan, a practice manager must set Inventory Track to:
  • Product
  • Batch
  • Serial

Note: If a practice manager sets Inventory Track to No, you cannot use the product with ezyVet Scan.
