Record the physical location of a product

A practice manager can record physical location information about a product. The information helps staff to monitor and know the physical location of products (for example, aisle 2 - shelf 2). ezyVet shows the information in the Product Location column of applicable records (for example, inventory transfer records).

To record the physical location, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Products.

  3. Select Products.

    The left sidebar shows the configured products of your site.
  4. Select the applicable product.
    ezyVet shows the product settings.
  5. Select Advanced.

  6. Adjacent to Product Location(s), select the plus button.

    ezyVet shows the New Product Location dialog box.
  7. In the Production location box, enter the physical location.

  8. Select Save.

    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

The product has the physical location information.
