Before you can use serial number tracking for a product, a practice manager must make the necessary product setting.

1. Select Admin.
   
2. In the settings list, select Products.
   
3. Select Products.
   
   The left sidebar shows the configured products of your site.
4. Find and select the applicable product.
   ezyVet shows the product settings.
5. In the Properties section, set Inventory Track to Serial.
   
6. Select Save.
