To send postcards from ezyVet, a practice manager must first make a postcard template.

1. Select Admin.
   
2. In the settings list, select Templates.
   
3. Select Postcard Templates.
   
   ezyVet shows a New Template screen.
4. In the Template Name box, enter a name for the template.
5. In the Template Group box, select the applicable template group.
   
6. In the text box, enter the content to show on the postcard.
   
   Tip: Use ezyVet template variables to automatically show different types of content in the postcard.
7. Select the applicable image to use for the postcard.
   
8. Use the Logo Location setting to set the position of your organization logo on the postcard.
   
9. Select Save.
