Important information before you use the postcard integration
Before you start to use the postcard integration, do checks for organization logo quality and postcard templates.
Make sure that your ezyVet site has an organization
logo with good quality
For the
best results, make sure that the logo image:
- Uses PNG format
- Has a transparent background
- Has dimensions of 300 px × 150 px
Configure the applicable postcard templates
The postcard integration uses related postcard templates. The postcard templates control the formatting of the content that shows on postcards. To change the formatting of the content, a practice manager change the information of the postcard templates. For example, a practice manager can configure the postcard template to show your organization logo at the top or side of the postcard.
Make sure that your postcard templates have the correct configuration.
